Where do Boresha International coffees originate from?
Boresha International Coffee Private Estate beans are cultivated in the rich soils of small farms located in the fertile, high mountain regions and moist lake areas of Africa. The coffees from this region are complex and have intense berry or floral aromas and have undertones of berries, citrus fruits and chocolate.
Boresha Tanaznian Kilimanjaros rich, velvety coffee comes from the lush volcanic soil of Africa's highest mountains. A suggestion of black currant and caramel with an elegant wine-like aroma make it's pleasing richness and abundance a delight to the most discriminating coffee aficionado. Boresha's single source organic coffee selection can't be missed.
Boresha Uganda Bugisu coffee beans are cultivated in the fertile slopes of Mt. Elgon in eastern Uganda at on elevation of 6,600 feet. Boresha naturally grown Bugisu is has more body than most east African coffees and is considered Uganda's best. This exceptional coffee bean displays rustic fruit tones, heep huskiness, and mild earthiness with a slightly sweet blackbberry finish.
Boresha Ethiopian Sidamo coffee beans are right at home in southern Ethiopia's high plateaus of over 5,000 feet. Boreshas Sidamo fragrant florals are reminiscent of lemon and jasmine while its flavors are evocative of dried peaches, deep spice and wine.
Boreshas African Decaf coffee is filtered with the patented Swiss Water process assuring our African Decaf all the flavor of pure 100% organic African varietal coffee. Only the caffeine is removed, not the full, rich flavor of the coffee. Yes, Boresha International's distributes only Certified Organic coffees. OCIA certifies that every step of the coffee harvesting process is free of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and other chemical residue. Organic farming protects farmers and the environment while promoting a sustainable agriculture for future generations.

What is the Autoship program?
Boresha International knows that life gets busy so we've incorporated an easy drop ship program by which you would receive your products the same time each month for your own convenience. As part of the autoship program we also provide savings with discounted prices for every order placed. The Autoship program is not a commitment and may be cancelled at any time. See "Changing Autoship" above for more information.

How long does shipping take and what is the cost?
You will receive your package within 5-7 business days after placing your order. Boresha ships through USPS and provides all our customers with tracking information with the exception of individual sample orders. Shipping costs vary depending on weight. Two or Three day shipping is also available within the US.

What is Boresha International's return and refund policy?
Boresha International offers a full refund less shipping and handling on all our products, as long as they are returned unopened and in resellable condition. All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. To successfully return a Boresha item, please include the packing slip that contains your account identifying information. Can I change the date of my autoship anytime? If so how?
You may change your Customer Autoship schedule at anytime. Just log in to your personal customer order page (refer to Customer Log In), then click "Autoship."

- Choose the autoship which you wish to edit
- Click on the "edit" link located under Product Information
- Change contents as desired
- Click save
You may also cancel your Customer Autoship status at anytime. Canceling your Autoship takes mere seconds.

- Choose the autoship you wish to cancel
- Click on the cancel profile link located to the bottom left
- The page will reload and ask you to verify
- Must click yes to Save and Verify profile changes.
